While standing in front of a well lit mirror tilt the head slightly back and half close the eyes (just enough so you can still see what is happening) this will allow close application to the eyelash line.

Draw eyeliner from the inner part of the eye to the outer part. Allow the Eyeliner time to dry before fully opening eyes again.

Lower Lid

Apply from the outer edge of eye to the inner part, tapering the line while in motion.
